Yesterday there was another great online presentation from Apple, entirely dedicated to the first Mac computers based on M1 mobile chips, designed by the company based on the ARM architecture to replace the Intel processors compatible with x86. The 13-inch MacBook Pro with an Intel processor can still be purchased, but only in more expensive configurations. Apple expects to complete the transition by 2022, after which the entire Mac line will run on ARM processors.
