Ukraine’s plan was based on the TCG
Before the plan was adopted, there was a debate with the Russian side, who wanted approval of the plan in the Rada.
The Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) was based on Ukraine’s Donbass Action Plan. This was announced on Tuesday, November 10, in the message of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG on Telegram.
However, it is observed that it is too early to talk about the results.
“It is too early to talk about the results, but at least we can say that the Ukrainian ‘Plan’ is taken as a basis,” the message says.
It is reported that today at a meeting of the political subgroup the Ukraine Action Plan was discussed. At the same time, the Russian side stated that the Ukrainian delegation allegedly promised approval of this plan in the Verkhovna Rada. Negotiations got back on track after the Delegation stated that it could only make recommendations.
Let us remind you that Leonid Kravchuk spoke about the “action plan” for Donbass. In Ukraine’s proposed plan, the first point will be to end the war and regain control of the border.
It was later reported that Ukraine’s plan for Donbass would be considered both in the TCG and as part of the communication from Normandy Four’s advisers.
