COVID-19 in Ukraine: more than 10 thousand new cases of infection detected per day (updated)

During the past day, the coronavirus in Ukraine was found in 10,179 people, 191 deaths were recorded, 5514 patients were recovered.

This is demonstrated by the updated data from the Ministry of Health on the morning of Tuesday, November 10.

Before that, on the page of the head of the Ministry of Health, Maxim Stepanov, a message appeared about a record 10,842 cases of infection. According to the minister, the failure in the statistics was caused by a technical error by the executor.

In total, during the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 479 197 people fell ill, of which 214 657 recovered, deaths – 8756.

  • Kiev: 45,667 cases;
  • Vinnytsia region: 12,765 cases;
  • Volyn region: 16,821 cases;
  • Dnipropetrovsk region – 18,324 cases;
  • Donetsk region: 14 578 cases;
  • Zhytomyr region: 19,616 cases;
  • Transcarpathic region: 17 620 cases;
  • Zaporizhzhya region: 14,693 cases;
  • Ivano-Frankivsk region: 25 054 cases;
  • Kiev region: 21,038 cases;
  • Kirovograd region – 3204 cases;
  • Lugansk region: 4643 cases;
  • Lviv region: 34 304 cases;
  • Mykolaiv region: 10 787 cases;
  • Odessa region: 29,336 cases;
  • Poltava region: 12,723 cases;
  • Rivne region: 22 622 cases;
  • Sumy region: 15,297 cases;
  • Ternopil region: 22,389 cases;
  • Kharkov region: 44 466 cases;
  • Kherson region: 5833 cases;
  • Khmelnytsky region – 20,328 cases;
  • Cherkasy region: 10,919 cases;
  • Chernivtsi region: 25,835 cases;
  • Chernihiv region – 10 335 cases.

The government extended the quarantine until December 31. The approach to soften or strengthen quarantine remained adaptive, but the principle of region allocation was changed to strengthen quarantine measures.

The country was divided into four zones according to the level of danger of the spread of the coronavirus. Each of them has a certain number of restrictions. The decision to divide the country into zones is reviewed every 7 days.
