In the Transcarpathian region, after receiving a gunshot wound, a border guard from the border service department of Solomon’s Chop detachment was killed. This was reported by the State Border Service on Tuesday, November 10.
“The incident was reported by a military man who was working in the protection of the border between Ukraine and Hungary as part of a border squad. He heard a shot and later found his colleague (who was on duty with a standard weapon) with a wound bullet, “says the message.
An ambulance and employees of the National Police were called to the scene. Doctors determined the death of a 23-year-old recruit. He arrived at the Chop Border Detachment in early November after completing a training course.
The circumstances that led to the death of the soldier are established.
