In four regions of Ukraine, hospital beds for coronavirus patients are more than 70% full. In total, 60.5% of these beds are already occupied in the country.
This is evidenced by data from the Ministry of Health.
Thus, the most popular hospitals are the regions of Poltava (91.5%), Rivne (78.9%), Odessa (70.6%) and Sumy (70.5%). In Kiev, 55.7% of beds are occupied.
At the same time, in the Kherson, Ternopil, Nikolaev and Kirovograd regions, the occupancy of hospital beds is less than 50%. In the Kherson region, only 25.3% of beds are occupied.
In total, 45,038 hospital beds have already been introduced in Ukraine.
Also in the country, in all regions, the incidence rate of COVID-19 has been exceeded. On average in Ukraine, this figure is 306.8, while the norm is 40. The worst situation is observed in the Chernivtsi region – 623.6. In Kiev, the figure is 341.2.
We will recall, during the last day in Ukraine 9397 new cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed.
Furthermore, quarantine zones have been updated in Ukraine, depending on the epidemiological situation. The country was divided into two zones: “red” and “orange”.
