The UPL is considering the possibility of forcing Dynamo Kiev to undergo additional tests for coronavirus before the match with Shakhtar, which is scheduled for Sunday.
This was because Kiev striker Vladislav Supryaga was diagnosed with coronavirus after returning from Spain, where Dynamo Kiev faced Spanish Barcelona (1: 2).
It is reported that according to the UPL medical protocol, it is enough to have a test every two weeks to be eligible for the matches. However, in the interval between the UPL rounds, the Dynamo traveled to Spain and after their return, only the collections were analyzed for coronavirus. Therefore, potentially in the match against Shakhtar players from Kiev can participate, whose incubation period has already passed after receiving the results of the mandatory tests. It is therefore quite possible that Dynamo could undergo additional coronavirus tests even on match day with the miners and receive their results six hours after passing the tests.
We will recall that previously Georgy Tsitaishvili, Denis Garmash, Mikkel Duelund, Alexander Karavaev, Tudor Belutse, Nikolai Shaparenko, as well as Georgy Buschan, Denis Boyko and defender Vitaly Mykolenko passed positive tests for COVID-19 at Dynamo Kiev.
The central match of the ninth day of the Premier League Dynamo – Shakhtar will take place on November 8 from 5:00 p.m.
