The Security Service of Ukraine has opened criminal proceedings against the pro-Kremlin propagandist Anatoly Shariy for violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
This was announced by the deputy of the European Solidarity faction Alexey Goncharenko on Facebook.
He posted a photo of the SBU’s written response to his appeal demanding a legal evaluation of Sharia’s actions. According to Goncharenko, the propagandist had previously posted a video on YouTube with a preview, where the map of Ukraine was without Crimea and was part of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions.
«The document says that in this regard, a pre-trial investigation is underway under Part 1 of article 110 of the Constitution. «A usurpation of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, ”Goncharenko writes.
Said «people like Shariy, with their actions and appeals, threaten the sovereignty of our state and we must not close our eyes to this. ” The Popular Deputy assured that he will continue to monitor the situation.
Earlier, on the eve of local elections, the Sharia party distributed campaign advertisements with a map of Ukraine without Crimea.
