The judges of the Constitutional Court support Spokesperson Dmitry Razumkov’s bill and are ready to provide explanations for their decision on electronic filing. The Rada will consider this bill next week’s plenary.
Constitutional Court judge Vladimir Moisik told RBC-Ukraine about this.
He believes that even if there was some kind of conflict, then it is necessary for its parties to stop and look for ways to reach a mutual understanding.
“We, as the Constitutional Court, can be on our own initiative, or maybe someone can come to us and explain our decision. Explain what we meant by approving it,” he said.
Furthermore, Moisik believes that Razumkov’s bill looks like a compromise option.
“The situation needs to be mitigated. We must tell society that there are no criminals here in the UCC. These” criminals “whom we are called abolished the Kolesnichenko-Kivalov language law, abolished the Yanukovych law in the referendum, they did not allow to purification, etc. Can society want from this court? This whole situation is now simply “heated” – said the judge.
Moisik also assures that the KSU decision did not speak of the need to close the Unified Registry of e-declarations.
We will recall, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that the country was on the verge of systemic problems due to the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the IMF mission will not reach Ukraine due to the CCU’s decision to cancel the electronic declaration.
