The Verkhovna Rada could not postpone the introduction of cash registers for individual entrepreneurs until 2022. The corresponding bill No. 4313 was supported as a basis only by 212 people’s deputies with 226 being necessary.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine.

The direction of the bill for a second first reading was supported by 254 deputies.

Note that yesterday in the Rada presented a bill №4313, which should postpone the introduction in Ukraine of mandatory cash registers for individual entrepreneurs. It was planned to postpone the introduction of PPO until next year.

In the text of the bill, it was proposed not to allow the use of cash registers for individual taxpayers of the second and fourth groups, regardless of the type of activity, if their annual income does not exceed one million hryvnia.

If the annual income of an individual entrepreneur exceeds one million hryvnia, then the use of cash registers is mandatory for them.

As RBC-Ukraine wrote, yesterday the head of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Razumkov, announced a bill on the postponement of the introduction of a compulsory cash register for sole proprietorships.

Let us remind you that the first stage of changes in the legislation on new working rules for sole proprietorships has started in Ukraine: since August 1, they introduced the possibility of using software cash registers.
