The secretary of the Defense and National Security Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, asked the judges of the Constitutional Court to resign. He also threatened them with responsibility.

Danilov wrote about this on Facebook.

He claimed that the judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, by their decision, violated the fundamental foundations of the constitutional order in Ukraine.

“Such actions have all the signs of a crime, for which an appropriate punishment is given … Once again, I focus on the fact that by making a decision, the Constitutional Court violated the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine , which guarantee our country’s course in the EU and NATO, “he said. …

At the same time, Danilov noted that if the Verkhovna Rada passes President Volodymyr Zelensky’s bill on restoring public confidence in constitutional procedures, the powers of the current composition of the court, but not of the Constitutional Court itself, will be extinguished. .

“Save the rest of your honor and resign,” added the NSDC secretary.

Recall that last week the KSU canceled the criminal liability for inaccurate declaration, which blocked the course of more than 100 production facilities at NABU and SAP.

Additionally, Zelensky asked the KSU judges to resign voluntarily. This scenario will be the most liberal, according to the president.

In addition, Zelensky allowed the dissolution of the Rada in case of disagreement on the procedures related to the Constitutional Court.
