The court will continue its consideration of the document in one of the next sessions.
The Constitutional Court on Tuesday, November 3, did not rule on the “language law.” Consideration of the document will continue in one of the next plenary sessions.
This was reported by the KSU press service.
So, today the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the closed part of the plenary session continued the examination of the case on the constitutional proposal of 51 people’s deputies on compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine with the law “On the guarantee of the operation of the Ukrainian language as a state language “.
“The consideration of the case will continue in one of the next plenary sessions,” says the message.
As RBC-Ukraine wrote, the head of the KSU, Alexander Tupitsky, said that the “language” law is not problematic. But the provisions on national minorities raise questions.
Let us remind you that the Servant of the People faction never made the decision to support one of the bills aimed at resolving the situation with the KSU. The search for votes continues for the presidential bill, which provides for the dissolution of the current composition of the court and the cancellation of its last decision on electronic filing.
