The Verkhovna Rada Anti-Corruption Policy Committee has supported the bill №4304 on resuming electronic filing in its original form. The author of the document is the Speaker of Parliament Dmitry Razumkov.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine.

In particular, committee members recognized that the bill complied with the standards of anti-corruption legislation. The Committee recommends that BP put it on the agenda and accept the project as a basis and as a whole. 6 committee members voted in favor of this decision, 4 abstained and 2 were against.

It is worth emphasizing that the committee did not consider President Volodymyr Zelensky’s bill.

Let us remember that this bill was presented to Parliament on Monday, November 2. Razumkov announced this document during the morning session of the parliamentary conciliation council.

As RBC-Ukraine wrote, on October 27, Zelensky submitted a bill to the Verkhovna Rada, according to which the powers of all acting judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are terminated.

The president asks that the decision of the Constitutional Court of October 27 be recognized “null and void” and in such a way that it was done under conditions of a real conflict of interest.
