During the past day, the coronavirus in Ukraine was found in 8,899 people, 157 deaths were recorded and 5,100 patients recovered.

This is evidenced by data from the Ministry of Health on the morning of Tuesday, November 3.

In Ukraine, a new anti-registration was registered in the number of infection cases per day. The previous highest value was established on October 31, then 8,752 people became ill.

Additionally, a record number of COVID-19 patients recovered per day. The previous record was set on October 31, when 3,902 people were recovered.

In total, during the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 411,093 people fell ill, of which 168,868 recovered, deaths – 7,532.

At the moment, cases of coronavirus disease have been detected:

  • Vinnytsia region – 11096 cases;
  • Volyn region: 14,234 cases;
  • Dnipropetrovsk region: 15,729 cases;
  • Donetsk region: 11,731 cases;
  • Zhytomyr region – 15583 cases;
  • Transcarpathic region: 15,187 cases;
  • Zaporizhzhya region – 10,797 cases;
  • Ivano-Frankivsk region: 21596 cases;
  • Kirovograd region: 2677 cases;
  • Kiev: 39,534 cases;
  • Kiev region: 17,535 cases;
  • Lviv region: 31,134 cases;
  • Lugansk region: 3831 cases;
  • Nikolaev region – 8736 cases;
  • Odessa region: 25,785 cases;
  • Poltava Region – 10,190 cases;
  • Rivne region – 19998 cases;
  • Sumy region – 12,409 cases;
  • Ternopil region – 21186 cases;
  • Kharkov region: 38,709 cases;
  • Kherson region: 4424 cases;
  • Khmelnytsky region – 16928 cases;
  • Chernivtsi region: 22,881 cases;
  • Cherkasy region: 9670 cases;
  • Chernihiv region – 9213 cases.

The government extended the quarantine until December 31. The approach to soften or strengthen quarantine remained adaptable, but the principle of region allocation was changed to strengthen quarantine measures.

The country was divided into four zones according to the level of danger of the spread of the coronavirus. Each of them has a certain number of restrictions. The decision to divide the country into zones is reviewed every 7 days.
