More than 100 deputies have initiated the bill
The document has already been sent for consideration by the corresponding parliamentary committee on anti-corruption policy.
The Verkhovna Rada has registered a bill that should restore electronic filing in Ukraine after the decision of the Constitutional Court. This was reported on the parliament website on Monday, November 2.
In addition to speaker Dmitry Razumkov, the initiators of Bill # 4304 were more than 100 people’s deputies from the Servant of the People, European Solidarity factions, as well as For Maybutne, Dovir and a number of non-factional groups. The main committee determined the anti-corruption policy committee.
The bill provides for the renewal of the articles of the Law on Prevention of Corruption that were in force before the decision of the Constitutional Court.
After the adoption of this document, the Cabinet of Ministers will be instructed to develop proposals for the reform of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, which will make it possible to resolve the issues raised by the Constitutional Court.
The document has already been sent for consideration to the corresponding parliamentary commission.
Let us remind you that last week the judges of the Constitutional Court in closed session declared criminal responsibility for inaccurate declaration unconstitutional, which caused a great political and public outcry. The work of the NAPK and the electronic declaration system was blocked.
And today it was known that the Supreme Anticorruption Court closed the first case after the decision of the Constitutional Court. This is the former head of the Zaporozhye regional state administration, Konstantin Bryl, accused of declaring false information.
