In Crimea, they said they don’t expect water from Ukraine
In annexed Crimea, they say they will cope with the water shortage themselves, so they do not plan to go to Ukraine for help.
The so-called “Crimean chief” Sergei Aksenov claims that the annexed peninsula has no water supplies from Ukraine. He stated this in an interview with Russia 24 on Monday, November 2.
Aksenov claims that Crimea will meet the deficit on its own, adding that the “Crimean government” has not approached Ukraine on the issue of water supply and does not plan to supply it from the Dnieper to the northern Crimean canal.
We will recall that earlier in Crimea you announced the start of a water supply project. Water intakes are being built on the Belbek river and the Kadykovsky quarry, and the military is involved in the work.
