In Ukraine, 6,754 new cases of COVID-19
On the eve of the country revealing 6,754 new cases of contagion, 69 people died. 231,051 people remain active patients.
In Ukraine, after the weekend, the number of new confirmed coronavirus cases has traditionally decreased. So, on Monday, November 2, the Ministry of Health reported 6,754 new cases of COVID-19 per day.
It is observed that since the beginning of the pandemic, 402,194 people have already fallen ill in the country. 7,375 (+69) patients died from the coronavirus, 163,768 (+2,327) recovered. 231,051 people remain active patients.
Most of the new cases were registered in the Kharkiv (+817), Kiev (+507), Lviv (+464), Chernivtsi (+418) and Zhytomyr (+398) regions.
During the day, 36,587 tests were carried out for COVID-19. Of these, 31,662 by PCR and 4,925 by ELISA.
Recall that the last anti-record for the increase in cases per day in Ukraine was on October 31 – more than 8.7 thousand.
And as of today, a new quarantine zoning has come into effect in the country. There are 11 regional centers in the red zone.
