New quarantine zoning entered into force in Ukraine

New quarantine zones have started operating in Ukraine. There are 11 regional centers in the red zone. The corresponding decision was previously made by the State Commission for Safety and Technogenic and Environmental Emergencies.

Red zone

This zone includes: Zhitomir, Uzhgorod, Ivano-Frankovsk, Nikolaev, Poltava, Rovno, Sumy, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Chernivtsi, Chernigov.

It is allowed to expand the work of public transport, shopping and entertainment centers and shops in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Nikolaev, Kharkov and Khmelnitsky regions, schools, colleges and universities can work. In the Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Poltava, Nikolaev, Kharkov, Khmelnitsk, Chernivtsi and Chernigov regions, catering establishments can work.

In the regions of Zhytomyr, Odessa, Lugansk, Poltava, Cherkassk, Chernigov, passengers can board by suburban, interurban, intraregional and interregional transport.

Orange zone

This zone includes: Kiev, Vinnitsa, Lutsk, Dnipro, Avdeevka, Mukachevo, Zaporozhye, Belaya Tserkov, Kropyvnytskyi, Lisichansk, Lvov, Odessa, Gadyach, Ternopil, Kherson, Cherkassy.

The work of shelters, camps, etc. is prohibited. (except hotels); entertainment venues, restaurants at night; planned hospitalizations; gyms, fitness centers, except those that receive visitors at the rate of one person per 10 square meters, cultural institutions; acceptance of new shifts in children’s camps.

Likewise, mass acts with the participation of more than 20 people and the work of catering establishments from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. are prohibited.

Yellow zone

This zone includes: the cities of Golaya Pristan, Kakhovka and New Kakhovka.

It is forbidden to visit social welfare institutions where older people are, except those that provide “crisis” services; Carrying out massive events with the participation of more than 30 people, the work of the catering establishments from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Green area

This zone includes only the Gornostaevsky and Skadovsky districts of the Kherson region.

Here is a mandatory mask mode indoors; social distance in public transport. It is forbidden to carry out massive events with the participation of more than 50 people, the operation of catering establishments from 22:00 to 7:00, sporting events with spectators (exception: international matches as agreed by the Ministry of Health).

As you know, the decision on the epidemic zoning of the territories is made every seven days.
