On October 13, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changed the order and rules of quarantine zoning:

  • the work of restaurants and cafes will be limited from now on (it will close no later than 10 pm) even in the “green” and “yellow” zones (exceptions were made only for those public institutions that will work “to go” );
  • in the territory of the “green” regions, the holding of massive cultural and sporting events with the participation of more than 50 people will be prohibited; in the “yellow” territory – more than 30 people, in the “orange” territory – 20 people;
  • In all regions, sporting events will be held without spectators, with the exception of international matches, subject to a separate agreement from the Ministry of Health.

The State Commission for Emergencies and Technogenic and Environmental Safety will make decisions about the zones every seven days. The decision to facilitate quarantine in the region cannot be reviewed before 14 days.
