Judges entered income data en masse
During the day, while public access to electronic statements was closed, seven of the 15 judges updated their data.
Approximately half of the members of the Constitutional Court updated their income information while access to the Registry of electronic returns was closed. On Friday, October 30, hromadske reports on the matter with reference to the data of the Register of Declarations.
“On October 29, when public access to the Statements Registry of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption was closed, 7 of the 15 judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine updated their income data,” the statement said.
In particular, on October 29 a message about significant changes in the income section (including gifts) was added to the statement of the head of the KSU, Alexander Tupitsky. Declared 181 thousand hryvnia of wages.
In addition, according to the publication, significant changes have appeared in Irina Zavgorodnya (more than 201 thousand UAH of wages); Sergei Holovaty (more than 206 thousand UAH); Alexander Litvinova (more than 189 thousand UAH); Volodymyr Moysyk (more than 211 thousand UAH); Viktor Kolesnik (more than 221 thousand UAH, contributed on October 28); Oleg Pervomaisky (more than 164 thousand UAH).
A few days earlier, the media reported that the head of the KSU, Alexander Tupitsky, had not declared a plot of land in Crimea that was bought in 2018 under Russian law.
It was also reported that the husband of the “retired” KSU judge Irina Zavgorodnaya bought an elite apartment for $ 13 million.
