When LPR and DPR return their companies to Ukrainian owners

ORDLO said they plan to return previously “nationalized” companies to Ukraine within two months after returning the border to Ukraine and lifting the economic blockade of the region.

This is stated in paragraph 14 of the “road map”, which the separatists presented to the Trilateral Contact Group in mid-October. The document was made available to “Strana” (we discussed it in detail in a separate article).

The proposals of the “republics” say that 2 months after the transfer of the border, Ukraine must lift the economic blockade and return state institutions to the territory of ORDLO. At the same time, Donetsk and Lugansk will withdraw their administrations of previously “nationalized” companies (that is, they will return to their former owners).

Recall that in the proposals for the “road map” the representatives of ORDLO also agreed to transfer a section of the border with Russia to Ukraine after local elections. The transfer of the cord will be carried out by the elected authorities together with representatives of the Russian Federation.

As “Strana” reported, Ukraine will present its version of the plan for a peaceful settlement in Donbass before November 4. This was announced by the new spokesman for the Ukrainian delegation to the Donbass TCG Alexey Arestovich.
