The state has three ways out of the crisis, caused by the decision of the Constitutional Court on liability for inaccurate declaration. Servant of the People calls on MPs to support President Volodymyr Zelensky’s initiative.
This is stated in a statement from a political force on the official Telegram channel.
“Or the judges of the Constitutional Court will resign voluntarily, opening opportunities for the restoration of integrity, professionalism and constitutionality in the activities of the organism. Or the fate of these judges and their insignificant decisions will be decided in the street,” said the SN.
The third way to solve the crisis in the “Servant of the People” called the approval of the Zelensky bill on the termination of the powers of all judges of the Constitutional Court.
“The first way is not realistic, given the behavior of the judges during this week. The second way creates additional dangers for statehood. Therefore, the third way out of the crisis remains indisputable. We call on all Responsible and pro-Ukrainian people’s deputies to remember that the Rada has already made political and legal decisions to get out of such crises, “the party stressed.
We recall, today Zelensky presented to the Rada a proposal to end the powers of the judges of the Constitutional Court after the decision on the declaration.
As RBC-Ukraine wrote, this initiative by Zelensky was supported in the European Parliament.
At the same time, the head of the KSU announced signs of a constitutional coup in the bill proposed by Zelensky.
