The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, believes that the scandalous decisions of the Constitutional Court in testifying were allegedly taken not without external interference. In any case, the Ukrainian authorities will find a way out of this situation.
This was stated in a meeting with the ambassadors of the G7 countries, reports the press service of the Office.
It is reported that the meeting was dedicated to the decisions of the Constitutional Court, which declared criminal responsibility for inaccurate declaration unconstitutional, canceled the right to verify electronic declarations and in fact blocked the work of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
Yermak told the ambassadors that the authorities secured the work of the NAPK registries and guarantee the work of all anti-corruption agencies. He also added that yesterday a bill on the removal of judges from the Constitutional Court was sent to the Verkhovna Rada.
“According to Andrei Yermak, the events at the KSU did not pass without outside interference, so he expressed hope that law enforcement agencies can assess the situation,” the message says.
We recall, early yesterday, that the NSDC of Ukraine held an urgent meeting regarding the scandalous decisions of the Constitutional Court, and President Volodymyr Zelensky assured that the anti-corruption system will continue to function.
And today it was learned that the CCU can recognize the Supreme Anticorruption Court as unconstitutional.
