The State Commission for Safety and Technogenic and Environmental Emergencies has updated the quarantine zones in Ukraine. The decision will take effect next Monday.
The commission made the corresponding decision today.
“Red zone
This zone includes: Zhitomir, Uzhgorod, Ivano-Frankivsk, Nikolaev, Poltava, Exactly, Sumy, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Chernivtsi, Chernigov.
It is allowed to expand the operation of public transport, shopping centers and shops. In the Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Kharkiv and Khmelnitsky regions, schools, colleges and universities can function.
Catering establishments continue to operate in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Poltava, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions.
In the regions of Zhytomyr, Odessa, Lugansk, Poltava, Cherkassk, Chernigov, passengers can board by suburban, interurban, intraregional and interregional transport.
“Orange” zone
This zone includes: Kiev, Vinnitsa, Lutsk, Dnipro, Avdeevka, Mukachevo, Zaporozhye, Bila Tserkva, Kropyvnytskyi, Lisichansk, Lviv, Odessa, Gadyach, Ternopil, Kherson, Cherkasy.
Thus, Ternopil, which was in the “red” zone, got into the “orange” zone.
By decision of the commission, almost all Ukraine is in the “orange” zone.
It is forbidden to operate hostels, tourist centers, etc. in these areas (except hotels); entertainment venues, late-night restaurants; planned hospital admissions; gyms, fitness centers, except those that receive visitors at the rate of one person per 10 square meters, cultural institutions; – acceptance of new changes in children’s camps.
Mass acts with the participation of more than 20 people, the work of catering establishments from 22:00 to 7:00 are also prohibited.
“Yellow” zone
This zone includes: cities of Golaya Pristan, Kakhovka and New Kakhovka.
It is forbidden to visit social welfare institutions where older people are, except those that provide “crisis” services; Carrying out massive events with the participation of more than 30 people, the work of the catering establishments from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
“Green area
This zone includes only the Gornostaevsky and Skadovsky districts of the Kherson region. Inner mask mode; social distance in public transport. It is forbidden to carry out massive events with the participation of more than 50 people, the operation of catering establishments from 22:00 to 7:00, sports events with spectators (exception: international matches as agreed by the Ministry of Health).
We will remember, in Ukraine a headquarters will be created to combat COVID-19, headed by Zelensky.
Note that the emergency situation in Ukraine lasted until the end of the year.
