New quarantine zones in Ukraine from November 2: who went into the red

Since Monday, November 2, Ukraine will start operating new division into quarantine zones, introduced in connection with the spread of the coronavirus disease COVID-19.

The corresponding decision was taken on October 30 by the State Commission for Safety and Technogenic and Environmental Emergencies, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleg Nemchinov said on his Facebook page.
