An emergency meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the CCU: what they decided

The participants of the meeting discussed only one topic: the organization of the work of the NACP in the context of the decision of the Constitutional Court.

At an extraordinary meeting on Thursday night, October 29, the Ukrainian government made a decision that will unlock the work of the electronic filing system. This was announced by Prime Minister Denis Shmygal on Telegram.

He noted that immediately after the meeting of the National Defense and Security Council, the Cabinet of Ministers, on behalf of the President, held an extraordinary meeting, in which it considered the only issue: the organization of the work of the NACC in the context of the decision of the Constitutional Court.

“All Ukrainians will be able to go back and see the statements of officials and politicians. Including politicians who are trying to destroy the anti-corruption reform,” Shmyhal wrote.

He added that this is just one of the steps on the issue of the comprehensive work of anti-corruption agencies.

Later, Shmygal said that he had already signed a decision to unlock the electronic filing system and hoped for a speedy resumption of the NAPK’s work.

Let us remember that at the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council it was said that the KSU destroyed the entire anti-corruption system.

President Zelensky, as well as the secretary of the NSDC, announced that external forces are behind the KSU’s decision, which aims to undermine the foundations of the Ukrainian state.
