The identity of the man who threatened and swore has not yet been established.
According to the media and social networks, one of the participants in the conflict in the minibus from Slavyansk, Donetsk region, which occurred because of the Ukrainian language, turned out to be a candidate for the city council of Nash Kray Valentina Pavlova.
She was identified by users of social networks, reports Radio Liberty.
Journalists managed to find out that the woman worked as a teacher in three kindergartens, a specialist in the subscriber department and an accountant. Now retired.

Regarding the fact of the incident, the police initiated a criminal process under Part 1 of art. 161 of the Penal Code (Violation of the equality of citizens based on their race, nationality, religious beliefs, disability and other reasons).
The sanction of the article provides penalties of a fine of three years in prison.
Linguistic conflict in the Slavyansk minibus: all the details
- Earlier, in the city of Slavyansk, Donetsk region, a conflict broke out in one of the city’s minibuses. In particular, they chased a woman there, who reprimanded one of the passengers in Ukrainian for wearing a mask incorrectly.
- Two particularly aggressive women had a long fight with a Ukrainian-speaking passenger. “We’ve seen enough of these, look, we’ve brought the country to an unfathomable expanse.” Hromadska dyachka “! We came here to our East, there is no life for you!” exclaimed one of them.
- However, the conflict did not end there: a man jumped towards the woman who was filming what was happening on video and began pulling her hands with mats, trying to push her out of the minibus.
