Secretary of the National Defense and Security Council Alexei Danilov said that the decisions of certain state authorities are anti-state in nature. He announced a threat to the national security of Ukraine.
He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
According to him, some decisions of the state authorities are also unconstitutional.
“Their individual actions are believed to pose a threat to the national security of Ukraine,” he wrote.
Danilov did not specify what kind of decision he was talking about. This may be due to the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to cancel the electronic declaration.
Let us remind you that yesterday the Constitutional Court of Ukraine declared criminal responsibility unconstitutional for inaccurate declaration.
In a comment to RBK-Ukraine, a representative of the court explained this decision. The KSU announced pressure from the executive authorities. It could not highlight in its decision the right not to verify the statements of only judges, so it canceled this provision for all categories of officials.
Zelensky told the publication that such decisions could have negative consequences for Ukraine’s European integration.
