According to the Ukrainian Health Minister Maxim Stepanov, most of the newly infected with coronavirus were found in the Kiev, Kharkov, Lviv and Odessa regions.
In Ukraine, during the last day, more than 500 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected in two regions. This was announced in a briefing on October 27 by the Minister of Health of Ukraine, Maxim Stepanov, correspondent for the reports of the publication “GORDON”.
“During the past day, the highest number of confirmed cases was registered in the Kharkiv region (556), the city of Kiev (525), the Lviv region (478), the Odessa region (461) and the region of Chernivtsi (389), “said the head of the Ministry of Health.
According to Stepanov, 56,710 coronavirus tests were carried out in the country in 24 hours, of which 33,361 were analyzed by PCR.
As of October 27, 355,601 cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Ukraine, of which 6,677 were in the last day. Since the beginning of the epidemic, 6,590 patients with COVID-19 have died in the country, 145,336 people have been cured.
The regions with the highest number of infected during the epidemic are Kiev (34,887) and the Kharkiv region (33,806).
