SAP intends to appeal the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court’s decision to refuse to declare the arrest of former fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych in absentia in the Mezhyhirya privatization case. The SAP press service at Facebook.

“The SAP Prosecutor does not agree with such judicial decision and will appeal it on appeal,” the statement said.

Consideration of the appeal will be announced further.
