The SAP Prosecutor does not agree that VAKS has refused to declare an arrest in absentia for Yanukovych, as requested by NABU detectives

SAP intends to appeal the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court’s decision to refuse to declare the arrest of former fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych in absentia in the Mezhyhirya privatization case. The SAP press service at Facebook.
“The SAP Prosecutor does not agree with such judicial decision and will appeal it on appeal,” the statement said.
Consideration of the appeal will be announced further.
Remember in Monday, 26 aboutOctoberme, coroner VAKS refused to comply with the NABU detective’s request, agreed since the SAP prosecutor, on the application of a preventive measure in the form of arrest to the former head of state (2010-2014), suspected of illegally taking possession of the Mezhyhirya state residence. ️This petition was sent to the court in June of this year.
As reported, Yanukovych suspected of having committed crimes under Part 5 of Art. 191, part 3 of Art. 209, part 5 of art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
