Aviation of the Ministry of the Interior involved in ensuring security in elections
The planes and helicopters of the Interior Ministry will guarantee security during local elections.
On the day of the local elections, to ensure security, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry attracted all available aviation forces and means. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of the Interior.
It is specified that the helicopters will react to illegal activities in the most remote points where there are no runways.
It was previously reported that the day before, on the “day of silence” before local elections in Ukraine, the police opened 48 criminal cases due to violations of electoral law.
It was also reported that Vinnitsa law enforcement officers are verifying information about the alleged mining of several polling stations at the same time.
