Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that the entire country from October 24 will be in the “red zone” due to the ongoing spread of the coronavirus. He said what restrictions will be introduced throughout Poland.

“Unfortunately, the situation remains serious and dynamic. Today there has been another increase in the number of infected. The death toll is also high, and our actions must be very decisive,” Morawiecki said.
He also added that the growth rate of new cases of coronavirus must be slowed, since with such a trend, next week in Poland there could be up to 25 thousand patients a day.
Therefore, according to the new rules, students in grades 4-8 will study remotely. From 08:00 to 16:00, teenagers can only leave the house under the supervision of an adult. Also in the country there will be a ban on meetings with the participation of more than 5 people.
In addition, the catering establishments will be closed to visitors, but will continue to prepare takeout and delivery.
It is observed that during the last day 13,632 new cases of COVID-19 infection were registered in Poland. 153 deaths were also recorded.
