The Kremlin said Ukraine itself has ruled out negotiations with the Russian Federation to provide water to occupied Crimea. Russian President Vladimir Putin believes they can solve this problem without Ukraine’s involvement.

According to him, it was Ukraine that “turned off the tap”.
“Russia is a powerful country, it is capable of providing water to Crimea without Ukraine, which will be done so that later it does not depend on this same tap,” said Peskov.
