Donbass and Crimea
Zelensky noted that now the silence continues in Donbass, and Ukrainian diplomats are working on the preparation of the upcoming Normandy summit in Berlin.
In addition, Ukraine is now looking for new effective tools for the return of territories. In particular, the Crimean platform is being created for this.
According to Zelensky, once peace is achieved in Donbass, the process of safe reintegration of the region will begin and a package of laws on a “transition period” will be prepared.
“The terrible word ‘amnesty’ is not about everyone or avoiding responsibility … We need a strategy for the development of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the work has already started,” he added.

The president said Ukraine became the first country in the world to have a digital passport and announced the list of online services available on Diya. Zelensky also said that in 2021 Ukraine should enter the regime without papers.
