COVID-19 epidemic. Record mortality per day in Ukraine / GORDON

Since the beginning of the epidemic, coronavirus infection has been confirmed in Ukraine in 309,107 cases.

During the last day, 113 deaths were recorded in Ukraine among patients with coronavirus infection. This is evidenced by data from the monitoring system of the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine, published on October 20.

This is a record for the country, the previous one, 109 deaths, was set on October 16.

Since the beginning of the epidemic, 5,786 patients have already died in the country.

COVID-19 in the last 24 hours was confirmed in Ukraine in 5469 cases, its total number reached 309,107.

A day earlier, 4,766 new cases of the disease were registered in Ukraine.

An outbreak of coronavirus infection began in late 2019 in China. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the spread of the coronavirus a pandemic.

More than 40 million cases of COVID-19 were registered in the world as of October 20.
