The worst situation is in the Lugansk region, where all beds for coronavirus patients are occupied.
In hospitals in the Lugansk region, there is 100% occupancy of beds allocated for coronavirus patients. It is followed by the Odessa and Sumy regions, where occupancy rates are 90.0% and 88.2%, respectively. These data as of Monday, October 19, reports the NSDC.
The top five “leaders” are closed by the Donetsk region (81.8%) and the Khmelnytsky region (75.4%).
It is observed that the average bed occupancy rate in Ukraine is 65.7%. At the same time, as evidenced by data from the National Defense and Security Council, in the Kirovograd (48.3%) and Ivano-Frankivsk (43.7%) regions, the occupancy of beds is below the maximum level.
