According to Tut.by, a convoy of rice wagons is located in the Avenida and Plaza de la Independencia, as well as in the Palace of the Republic. In addition, residents found several police vehicles with security forces in the Kuleshov Street area.

As reported by Radio Liberty-Belarus, on Partizansky Prospect, unidentified people wearing ski masks got into civilian cars. In addition, a water cannon was seen near Narxoz (BSEU).

Ploshchad Lenina, Oktyabrskaya, Kupalovskaya, Nemiga, Pervomayskaya and Proletarskaya metro stations are closed.
