In addition, an extreme level of fire risk will prevail in most eastern and southern regions.
“According to the Ukrhydrometeorological Center, on October 17 in the eastern regions and most of the districts of the Sumy and Odessa regions, an extreme level of fire danger will remain,” the message says.
Note that this year, the meteorological autumn arrived in Kiev with a late record, on October 14.
