In Azerbaijan, they say the attack on Ganja was launched by the Elbrus tactical-operational missile system.
According to ANAMA, the missiles fired at Ganja are SCUD / Elbrus tactical-operational ballistic missiles. The fragments of the impact zone prove it. Directing SCUD missiles at densely populated civilians shows utter immorality and a schizophrenic mentality from Armenia’s pol-mil leaders pic.twitter.com/zXGbKmyvzS

The Armenian Defense Ministry denies Baku’s statement on bombing the territory of Azerbaijan.
In turn, in Nagorno-Karabakh, they say about two artillery bombardments of Stepanakert.
It should be noted that there were no strikes against Stepanakert from October 10 to 15.
