Ukrainian retailers began to prepare for the start of sales of the iPhone 12 smartphones presented at the Apple presentation on October 13: Rozetka was the first to include new smartphones in its catalog, thanks to which the date was known exact start of its official sales.
So in Ukraine it will be possible to buy new smartphones from October 30. Let’s clarify that we are talking about the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models, which will go on sale first.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will open in many countries around the world tomorrow (at 3:00 p.m. Kiev time), with deliveries starting on Friday, October 23. That is, in Ukraine, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will start selling just a week after the global launch. And this is perhaps the quickest start: Usually the new iPhones hit the Ukrainian market for another month or month and a half after the start of sales in the US.
The hryvnia prices of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, unfortunately, have not yet been reported. In the US, the iPhone 12 starts at $ 829 ($ 129 more than the initial price of the iPhone 11) and the iPhone 12 Pro starts at $ 999. At the same time, prices in Ukraine are usually closer to the Europeans: they amount to €€ 809 and € 1159 per iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, respectively.
All the details about the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro smartphones can be found in our detailed presentation materials (1 and 2).
