At the end of last week, the British media reported interesting news. Two Premier League clubs, Liverpool and Manchester United, have proposed cutting the league to 18 teams. The project was called “Overview”.

The shareholders of the Premier League agreed to work together as a collective of 20 clubs on a strategic plan for the future structures and financing of English football.
