According to him, in “Action plan” allegedly offered to agree on the sequence of steps in the political, economic, humanitarian and security spheres for the next meeting on October 28 “in accordance with the Minsk agreements”.

“The Ukrainian side even refused to consider this plan and offered to work on modernizing the Minsk agreements, which is equivalent to refusing to implement them.”– Gryzlov was outraged.

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, the Office of the President said that during the TCG negotiations on October 14 “Proposals for an action plan for the implementation of the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements were discussed”… However, no information about the initiative from the Russian side was announced.
