Midfielder Atalanta Ruslan Malinovsky became the most expensive Ukrainian footballer according to Transfermarkt.
On the eve, the authorized portal has updated the information on the transfer value of the English Premier League players. Manchester City footballer Oleksandr Zinchenko fell by four million euros and lost the status of the most expensive Ukrainian.
The first line is now occupied by Malinovsky: its transfer value is 21 million euros. Zinchenko is second (20 million) and Dynamo midfielder Viktor Tsygankov third (19 million).
The top 10 also includes Vitaly Mykolenko, Roman Yaremchuk, Nikolay Matvienko, Taras Stepanenko, Yaroslav Rakitsky, Andrey Yarmolenko and Marlos.
Let us remind you that Ruslan Malinovsky moved to Atalanta in the summer of 2019. Last season, the Ukrainian midfielder played 42 games for the club in all tournaments, scoring nine goals and providing four assists.
It was previously reported that Bergamasks head coach Gian Piero Gasperini has prepared a new role for Malinowski at Atalanta.
