On October 13, Zelenskiy said that on local election day, Ukrainians will be asked to answer “five important questions.” He did not specify what citizens would be asked about and how the survey would be conducted.

The president’s office stressed that the results of the survey will have no legal consequences.
According to ZN.UA, the vote will take place in the format of an exit vote: tents will be set up near the polling stations, where volunteers will distribute questionnaires to people who attend the polls. Publication sources in the OPU said the organizers want to print 5 million questionnaires.
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Dmitry Razumkov said on October 14 that the state budget does not provide additional money for conducting a survey in Ukraine.
