Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy responded by saying that the European Union will help Ukraine obtain a reliable vaccine that will not raise doubts among scientists.

Ukrainian heart surgeon Boris Todurov claims that the coronavirus vaccine is already being massively imported from Russia to Ukraine.

On August 11, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the country had registered the first coronavirus vaccine. He noted that one of his daughters had already been vaccinated. In September, the third phase of vaccine trials began, while it actually entered civilian circulation: TASS wrote that people from risk groups, teachers and doctors began receiving the vaccine.

In Germany, the Russian vaccine was called «a risky experiment in humans. ”And in the United States, they said it is important not to make the vaccine the first, but to make a vaccine that is safe and effective.

Belarus became the first country to receive the Russian coronavirus vaccine. Vladimir Putin and the Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko agreed on this. On October 2, Venezuela received the first batch of the Russian vaccine.
