The director of the Heart Institute, Boris Todurov, on the air of the program Hard with Vlaschenko on channel Ukraine 24, said on October 12 that according to him, a Russian vaccine against coronavirus infection was being imported into Ukraine.
“I believe that all vaccines are brought from abroad. Of course, there are no Ukrainian vaccines. I don’t know how they are certified and if they are legal. Russian vaccines are now massively imported from Russia,” said Todurov.

The press service of the Ministry of Health told LIGA.net that the agency does not supply vaccines from the Russian Federation.

Todurov did not specify where he obtained the information from and what type of vaccine he was talking about. Several vaccines for COVID-19 are under development in the Russian Federation.
