To a clarifying question on whether, in Moscow’s opinion, the settlement in Donbass implies the return of this territory under the control of Kiev, the press secretary of the Russian president replied: “Read the Minsk agreements.”
Earlier, Zelensky gave an interview in which he said he believes in the conclusion of a peace agreement with Putin, which will return all temporarily occupied territories, including Crimea. He also noted that he was ready to resign if he could not end the war in Donbas.
