Ukraine’s IT sector is of interest to Western investors

Archer Software could be estimated at $ 5-8 million. But the figure can vary both ways, market experts say.

The Ukrainian IT company Archer Software announced an agreement with the US company Cprime. This was reported on the company’s website.

The amount of the transaction was not disclosed, but as the publication Ain clarifies, “according to experts, 100% of the company could be estimated at 5-8 million dollars.”

“But the figure can vary in both directions, depending on the internal situation of the business under the influence of COVID and the terms of the deal agreed by the parties,” the message says.

Cprime is an American company that has been part of the Alten Group since 2014, which is dedicated to IT development, networking and IT consulting, with a combined workforce of 37,200 employees, with a turnover of 2.6 billion euros.

It was previously reported that an IT project worth $ 1 billion was being implemented in Ukraine. A data center with a capacity of up to 500 MW for storage, data processing and 3D rendering would be built in the Kherson region.
