In Kiev, there is a high level of daily growth of COVID-19
At the moment, there are already 26,995 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the capital, 469 people have died.
During the last day, 532 cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in the laboratory in Kiev. This was announced on Saturday October 10 by the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko.
He also noted that six sick people from Kiev died yesterday.
“In total, the coronavirus claimed the lives of 469 residents of Kiev. Today, there are already 26,995 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the capital,” Klitschko said.
Among the cases, 279 women between 18 and 90 years old, 214 men between 18 and 80 years old, 25 girls between 1 and 17 years old and 14 boys between 1 and 17 years old. In addition, 21 doctors became ill.
82 people were hospitalized, the rest were in self-isolation under the supervision of doctors.
216 people recovered in one day. In total, 9 627 Kyiv residents have overcome the coronavirus.
Most cases of the disease were found in the Desnyanskiy region (117), in Darnitskiy (89) and in the Dnieper region (67 cases).
We will recall, on the eve in Kiev, for the first time, the increase in COVID exceeded 500. In the capital, a new anti-record was registered in the number of cases: 567 people per day, while on the eve the increase was of 422.
It was also reported yesterday that Kiev is asking the Cabinet of Ministers for help in the fight against COVID-19.
