The annual transition to summer time and the subsequent return to winter time negatively affects people’s health, Stefanchuk emphasized.
In Ukraine, it is necessary to set a uniform time of Kiev and abandon the seasonal clock transfer. This was announced on Friday, October 9, by the vice president of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk.
According to him, the corresponding bill # 4201 has been registered with the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat.

In particular, the ability to work decreases, the state of health worsens and chronic diseases become more severe.
According to Stefanchuk, the passage of the law will ensure a stable natural life cycle of Ukrainians, help improve their health and ability to work.
As a reminder, on March 26, 2019, the European Parliament voted to abolish the seasonal clock change starting in 2021.
