The night temperature in Kiev from October 8 to 9 did not drop below + 13.4 ° C. This was announced on Friday October 9 by the meteorological station of the Central Geophysical Observatory. Boris Sreznevsky.
This is 0.1 ° C higher than the previous record value of + 13.3 ° C, recorded in 1889. This is the third consecutive night of a record warm night in the capital.
The night of October 8 in Kiev, as well as the night before, turned out to be the warmest: the temperature did not drop below + 15.1 ° С. Then the previous record value of + 13.6 ° С, established in 1893, was exceeded by 1.5 ° С.
In addition, the night before, October 7, turned out to be the warmest: the temperature did not drop below + 14.5 ° С, beating the record value of 1893 by 0.7 ° С.
